Thank you so much to Outwood Academy Newbold for the recent donations to Chesterfield Foodbank, totalling 166.54 kg of essential items.
Your generosity will help us provide the equivalent of around 397 meals.
In addition to accessing emergency food and essential supplies, when people attend our foodbank sessions they receive a warm welcome from our friendly volunteers. They are also offered compassionate, practical onward signposting support and advice. This helps people regain stability as they address the wider issues they may be experiencing.
Support from schools like yours plays a vital role in helping us respond to ongoing need across our community, and we are extremely grateful to everyone involved for their kindness and generosity.
